Design
Multicenter, 3-week, double-blind, vehicle-controlled repeated open application test with three doses.
Participants
11 participants allergic to limonene hydroperoxides, 13 with doubtful patch tests, and 17 healthy controls.
Measured result
All 11 allergic participants reacted at the highest dose, compared with 0 of 17 healthy controls (P < .0001); response declined with lower doses.
